About
I’m an award-winning creative director wIth 20+ years of diversified design experience. I bring a rare blend of traditional art sensibilities and modern design skills to your company’s portfolio. Blessed with a strategic mind and a relentless energy to make stuff, the ability to create feeds my soul on the daily. I also enjoy painting, drawing, crafting, photography, interior design, tools and woodworking—I’ve even dabbled in furniture making. Being a true aficionado of the arts, for as long as I can remember, I remain fully engaged—always learning and often leading.

Approach
Great design is more than slick looking graphics. A visual experience should have intent. Before creative thought, is understanding. What is the goal? What are the obstacles? What should the end user feel? What message should be conveyed? I am a strategic thinker with a systematic approach. Problem solving nags me and sometimes keeps me up at night—the what, the why, the how. I strive for simplicity because I feel communication is best this way. I enjoy the process and believe ideas need time to grow and evolve. I know, when I’m excited. I need to believe in my vision before I can rally others.

Personally
I am a mom of two, larger-than-life, little girls and they are by far my greatest creations. This chapter in my life has brought adventure, joy, purpose and a little—ok—a lot of chaos. Their spirit and energy can barely be contained, but I love it. Lia and Ava teach me everyday. They remind me how precious life is and how valuable time is. I feel blessed to see and experience all things, again, through their eyes. I enjoy nurturing the creativity in their boundless imagination and wonder—they inspire my own with new perspective.
